Vidar joined Azets when the Group was formed by Hg in 2016, having previosuly been CTO at Visma. As Group CTO, Vidar is responsible for driving Azets' technology strategy, innovation, and continued digital transformation, aligning IT capabilities with the Group's growth strategy to ensure scalability, security, and innovation in our key markets.
Vidar began his career as an accountant at KPMG in Norway before spending six years in executive roles at at IT services provider Affecto. He joined Visma at IT Director in March 2013.
Vidar lives in Oslo with his wife, two children, and a dog. He loves all types of sports but cross country skiing with his dog is his prefered winter activity. Vidar has a passion for everyhing with an engine but cars in particular.
