Runar joined Azets when the Group was formed by Hg in 2016. As Noway CEO, Runar is the leader of Azets Norway and is also Chairman of Azets Consulting.
Runar is an experienced senior leader in accounting, HR, and digitalisation processes. He holds board directorships with Coop Norge, Coop Sorvest, and the School of Business and Law at University of Agder. Runar's started his career with EY in Norway and has held senior roles Accountor and Visma before Azets formed in 2016.
Runar is a certified accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialisation in management. He is passionate about exchanging potential in diversity and being able to constantly develop himself and those around him.
Runar previously served as a Sergeant in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
