Louis joined Azets’ Group Board when the Group was formed by Hg in 2016.
Louis joined Hg in 2015, having previously been an accountant at Deloitte for several years. He has been involved in many of the investments across the Mercury, Genesis and Saturn funds, both in Europe and North America, having relocated to the US to help build out Hg’s New York office, before moving back to London in 2021.
Louis mainly focuses on Office of the CFO software and tech-enabled services investments. Louis sits on the board of Prophix, GTreasury, CINC Systems and Azets.
