Dawn joined Azets as Group CEO in October 2019, creating and leading a complex integration and wholesale transformation programme that saw 60 M&A transactions before moving into her role on the Group Board, representing Hg.
Dawn brings a blend of expertise in business growth, operations, and governance. With a career spanning over three decades across diverse sectors, she has held significant roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Capita. During her 17 years with Capita, Dawn was involved and responsible for many acquisitions and she chaired two Joint Venture companies. She is a Board member for the Institute of Collaborative Working, the driving force behind ISO 44001.
Until recently Dawn was a Partner and is now Serial Executive Chair at Hg, where she has been instrumental in supporting companies across Hg's portfolio. Dawn is the Executive Chair at team.blue, having joined in 2021. She also Chairs leading tech-enabled services provider Geomatikk in the Nordics. In February 2025, Dawn joined global professional services business JTC PLC as an independent non-executive director.
Dawn has chaired a startup/scale up in the green home energy sector, Hometree, and holds Board seats on a charity Advisory Board, Bookmark Reading, the Royal Engineers Board, a division of the British Army and is a Board Advisor to Boardwave, a European network for CEOs and Chairs in the tech industry.
