David (Dave) joined Azets as a Non-Executive Director in July 2024.
Dave has built a highly successful career in software, technology, and business operations. He is currently Chief Operating Officer at IRIS Software Group, having previously held leadership roles as Chief Customer Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to this, Dave spent over two decades at Capita in a range of senior positions, including Divisional Managing Director, where he led multiple software and payments businesses to record growth.
With extensive experience in strategy, acquisitions, and operational transformation, David also served as an Operating Partner at Hg, bringing deep expertise in scaling businesses and driving digital innovation.
Dave is a passionate leader with a strong belief in helping others reach their full potential. A former football coach and school governor, he applies the same mentoring mindset to business, always encouraging growth and curiosity.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his children, hiking peaks and lakes with his three dogs, exploring global street food, and perfecting his signature dish – beef wellington.
