Anne-Sofie joined Azets as a Non-Executive Director in February 2025.
Anne-Sofie has built a distinguished career in technology, consulting, and business leadership. She has held senior roles at global firms, including Country Manager for Google Cloud Norway and Northern Europe Commercial Leader for Software & Platform Engineering at Cognizant.
Previously, Anne-Sofie led Cognizant’s Nordic business and held executive roles at IBM, Microsoft, Capgemini, and EVRY, driving digital transformation, cloud adoption, and strategic growth. With extensive board experience, including at Nomvec AS and the Naandi Foundation, Anne-Sofie brings deep expertise in governance, innovation, and international business strategy.
- Anne-Sofie has been awarded the distinguished Oda IT Role Model prize and is listed as one of Norway's top female leaders in technology. She lives in Oslo with her husband and two children, and enjoys skiing and walking in the mountains.
